Collin Fuller, Esq.

Collin H. Fuller is the founder and principal attorney of Fuller Law, where he represents individuals in serious personal injury matters. Mr. Fuller is born and raised in South Carolina and began his career litigating defective construction cases, gaining substantial litigation experience in multi-party disputes ranging from single-family residential claims to multi-million-dollar class actions. Established in 2021, Fuller Law now focuses its practice exclusively on personal injury claims.

Mr. Fuller earned his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude, first in his class, and receiving CALI Awards in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Commercial Law, Products Liability, and Legal Research and Writing. Collin values being there for his clients during their injury case and enjoys getting to know them in the process. Collin lives in Charleston South Carolina with his wife and their three boys.

Katie Lacey, Esq.

Katie Lacey is the Firm Manager at Fuller Law and has been a dedicated part of the legal field since 2010. With more than 13 years of experience in personal injury law, Katie combines her deep understanding of case management with a genuine passion for helping others. She takes pride in supporting clients through what is often one of the most challenging times in their lives, ensuring they feel heard, cared for, and informed every step of the way.

Originally from Michigan, Katie spent 13 years in Colorado before making South Carolina her home—and she’s loving every bit of Lowcountry life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, staying active, being on the water, and cheering on all her favorite Detroit sports teams.
