Collin Fuller

Daniel Island Construction Defects Lawyer

Collin H. Fuller is the founder and principal attorney at Fuller Law Firm, a Daniel Island law firm serving homeowners in beach communities throughout Charleston who have suffered property damage and loss due to construction defects. An experienced litigator, Collin utilizes his skills to resolve cases successfully for his clients both inside and outside of court. In addition to helping property owners with construction defect claims, Collin lends his expertise to helping personal injury victims harmed by the negligence of others due to nursing home abuse or neglect, unsafe premises, or automobile accidents. Collin also represents property owners in county government condemnation proceedings and helps parties resolve construction disputes and litigation.

As a teen and young adult, Collin spent many years working for his dad, the owner of a well-established and reputable construction company in downtown Greenville. It was there that his interest in construction litigation began, an interest which stayed with him and grew through law school and into private practice.

Collin began his legal practice as an associate with a litigation law firm in Mt. Pleasant that concentrates in the areas of construction defect and insurance litigation. Collin’s practice there included construction defect matters, contract disputes, business litigation matters, and insurance litigation involving condominium and townhome complexes, single-family homes, and large housing developments. After several years at the firm, Collin started his own practice, Fuller Law Firm, building on his expertise in the areas of construction defect and personal injury litigation to help individuals and homeowners throughout Charleston.

Collin earned his law degree from Charleston School of Law, where he graduated with honors, including graduating first in his class and receiving CALI Awards in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Commercial Law, Products Liability, and Legal Research and Writing. He is licensed to practice law in all South Carolina state and federal courts.

While not in the office, Collin enjoys spending time with his wife, Chezney, and two sons, Heath and Walker. His hobbies include running, backpacking, and most importantly spending time with his family.
